The client set the task to repair and restore a concrete slope on the embankment of the reservoir. The use of a concrete polymer fabric at this site was due to technical and economic benefits in comparison to the traditional technology, where it would be necessary to completely dismantle previously laid concrete slabs and, in the future, install new ones.
Preparatory work was carried out at the site: bushes were cut down, grass was mowed, the gaps between the slabs were plastered with cement mortar, and an anchor trench was dug. During the installation work, a wheel loader equipped with a traverse was used to unwound INNOBETON 21 concrete roll. The material was cut into the pieces of 6 meters, then laid on a prepared concrete base. In the upper part, the concrete fabric was laid in an anchor trench and secured with anchors 15 cm long; in the lower part, the material was laid in a reservoir to a depth of 50 cm. INNOBETON 21 concrete sheets were fastened together with an overlap of 10 cm and glued with polyurethane sealant, secured with dowel-nails 6 cm long with clamping washers. After completing the installation work and backfilling the anchor trench, the material was hydrated with water at the rate of 15–20 liters per 1 m2.

The customer contacted us with a request to supply material for the installation of a bridge drainage tray. Also, it was required to strengthen a part of the embankment slope to prevent erosion caused by precipitation.
Before laying the INNOBETON 21 concrete fabric, preparatory work was carried out at the site: the old concrete drainage tray was dismantled, the grass on the bridge cone was mowed, and an anchor trench was graded and dug. The concrete polymer fabric building material was chosen by the client as the optimal solution for the construction of drainage trays on sites of the new federal highway. It was important to meet the deadlines and finish the facility before the end of the construction season. In comparison to traditional concrete, our material doesn't require large preparatory work at sites and large machinery since the material is supplied in rolls and can be immediately laid on the prepared surface.
With an excavator, the drainage ditch was profiled, and an anchor trench was dug by workers using shovels. During the installation process, a crane was used to lift the roll and stationary unwinding equipment for unrolling the concrete polymer fabric building material. The material was cut into segments of 6 meters and laid on a profiled sandy base. The edges of the concrete polymer fabric building material were laid in an anchor trench and secured with anchors 15 cm long. The segments were stacked 10 cm apart and secured with galvanized screws of 8 cm with clamping washers. After the completion of the installation process, the material was hydrated with industrial water at the rate of 15-20 liters per 1 m2. After 48 hours, the concrete polymer fabric building material hardened and gained the final degree of its strength.
The use of concrete polymer fabric building material at the facility increased the pace of construction and was economically advantageous compared to traditional technology.

The INNOBETON 21 concrete fabric was used by the client as an ultimate solution to the problem of stabilizing compacted soil and as protection against erosion for the bases of transmission line supports located on one of the federal highways. Initially, the client planned to use 15 cm thick concrete slabs but made a choice in favor of a concrete polymer fabric building material. The design solution required an innovative approach that would ensure durability and, at the same time, minimize the impact on the environment. The location of the object was characterized by difficult transport accessibility, the use of large equipment and machinery was excluded.
The surface at the site didn’t require preparatory work. According to the project solution, concrete fabric supposed to be installed to unprepared soil surface at the base of the transmission line supports. The material was delivered to the customer’s site in rolls of 100 m2. Before installation process, concrete fabric was manually cut into segments of 12 m long. The material was installed in the upper trench and secured using anchors with a diameter of 15 cm with a 10 cm overlap between the segments of concrete fabric. Also, the material was fixed with 8 cm long self-tapping screws with high-pressure washers. After, the hydration process was carried out at a rate of 15-20 liters per 1 m2 of concrete fabric.
The following project is an example of the integration of technical excellence, environmental responsibility, and practical solutions in the development of infrastructure facilities. INNOBETON 21 concrete fabric has demonstrated exceptional durability in extreme weather conditions, including heavy rains and strong winds. Remarkably, the material withstood a week of intense rainfalls, including a once in 100-year storm that dropped 250 mm of water in 24 hours. The following characteristics highlight the material's effectiveness in environments prone to erosion.

The project resulted in a significant reduction in CO₂ emissions: 79,564 kg of CO₂ were saved compared to traditional concrete solutions. This reduction is equivalent to planting 1,315 tree seedlings and allowing them to grow for 10 years or preventing the burning of 40 kilograms of coal.

The client decided to use the INNOBETON 21 concrete polymer fabric building material in the project strengthen and protect the riverbed from erosion processes at the facility. The advantages of the material met the clients requirements for the design solution: to carry out the work in the shortest possible time with a minimum amount of equipment and human resources.
No surface preparation was performed at this facility. The concrete fabric was laid on a soil base - loam, with the inclusion of large stone fractions. It was impossible to perform drainage of the riverbed, therefore, the installation of the material along the bottom of the riverbed was carried out directly into the water. Sections of concrete fabric were spread across the riverbed, with overlapping layers between segments in the direction of the flow with subsequent fixation. The fastening of the material was carried out using galvanized self-tapping screws 60-70 mm long, along the banks the concrete fabric was fixed using L-shaped anchors with a step of 0.5 m. During the hydration process, the material was spilled with technical water at the rate of 15-20 liters per 1 m2. Along the banks of the watercourse, the edges of the concrete fabric were covered with stone material to prevent the structure from being washed away as well as to strengthen the road surface used for the passage of construction equipment.
The use of the INNOBETON 21 concrete polymer fabric building material at this site made it possible to quickly strengthen the watercourse bed, protect the banks from erosion and collapse, and most importantly, prevent erosion processes.
One of the advantages for the client was the ability to deliver the concrete fabric on a cargo plane. The decision is due to the conditions of the area where the client's facility is located.
